One Year Ago TODAY
Howdy to All Our Friends and Family,
Today is the one year anniversary of Shelby's surgery. Thank you Lord that we have come this far. We celebrated at dinner by having fried chicken and teasing about the bones. It has trully taken this amount of time inorder to build up her immunity. She has had a really hard winter. She looks wonderful and we are glad we did the surgery, but we never want to go through that again.
As we celebrate our passing of time, we are very saddened that one of our friends and member of the church at Westbury (our former church) has had a major stroke one week ago today and he has not awakened from his coma. Don Booker is our age and is an identical twin. He is a wonderful Christian man, husband, and father (not only to his own children but the entire youth group at Westbury.) Please be in prayer for the Booker family all across the country.
It is late now and I will update on all the goodies later. Have a peaceful nights rest.
